Tuna Fish Curry Salty
Tuna Fish salty curry uses coconut milk gravy with the basic material. For the cooking liquid coconut milk, you should not forget to occasionally stir the ingredients for the coconut milk is not broken.

Salty curry recipe Ingredients Ikang Ear:

* tuna is 500 grams
* orange juice 1 fruit, take the water
* 500 ml coconut milk
* 5 pieces of red chilli, halved, seeded

* 3 cloves garlic, cut into thin strips

* 2 cm ginger
* 3 cm turmeric
* 2 cm galangal, smashed

How to Make Fish curry salty Ear:


1. Clean the fish, then cut into pieces according to the taste. Marinate with lemon juice and salt, set aside for a while.
2. Mix coconut milk with spices, red pepper, onion, garlic, lemongrass basil, bay leaves and lime leaves and cook until boiling.
3. Enter the fish, cook until done.

Gulai Masin Ikan Tongkol
 
Gulai Masin Ikan Tongkol ini memakai kuah dengan bahan dasar santan. Untuk memasak cairan santan, sebaiknya jangan lupa diaduk-aduk agar santan tidak pecah.

Resep Bahan Gulai Masin Ikang Tongkol :

* ikan tongkol sedang 500 gram
* jeruk nipis 1 buah, ambil airnya
* santan 500 ml
* cabe merah 5 buah, belah dua, buang bijinya
* bawang merah 6 butir, potong tipis
* bawang putih 3 siung, potong tipis
* serai 1 batang, memarkan
* daun salam 1 lembar
* daun jeruk purut 2 lembar
* belimbing sayur 6 buah, potong-potong
* daun ruku-ruku (bisa diganti dengan daun kemangi) 20 lembar

Resep Bumbu Halus Gulai Masin Ikan Tongkol :

* jahe 2 cm
* kunyit 3 cm
* lengkuas 2 cm, memarkan
* garam secukupnya

Cara Membuat Gulai Masin Ikan Tongkol :

1. Bersihkan ikan, lalu potong-potong menurut selera. Lumuri dengan air jeruk nipis dan garam, diamkan sementara.
2. Campur santan bersama bumbu halus, cabe merah, bawang merah, bawang putih, serai daun kemangi, daun salam dan daun jeruk, masak hingga mendidih.
3. Masukkan ikan, masak hingga matang.
4. Tambahkan belimbing sayur, masak di atas api kecil hingga bumbu meresap dan matang, angkat.
5. Sajikan.
