Tuna Fish Curry Salty

* cabe merah 5 buah, belah dua, buang bijinya
* bawang merah 6 butir, potong tipis
* bawang putih 3 siung, potong tipis
* serai 1 batang, memarkan
* daun salam 1 lembar
* daun jeruk purut 2 lembar
* belimbing sayur 6 buah, potong-potong
* daun ruku-ruku (bisa diganti dengan daun kemangi) 20 lembar

Resep Bumbu Halus Gulai Masin Ikan Tongkol :

* jahe 2 cm
* kunyit 3 cm
* lengkuas 2 cm, memarkan
* garam secukupnya

Cara Membuat Gulai Masin Ikan Tongkol :

1. Bersihkan ikan, lalu potong-potong menurut selera. Lumuri dengan air jeruk nipis dan garam, diamkan sementara.
2. Campur santan bersama bumbu halus, cabe merah, bawang merah, bawang putih, serai daun kemangi, daun salam dan daun jeruk, masak hingga mendidih.
3. Masukkan ikan, masak hingga matang.
4. Tambahkan belimbing sayur, masak di atas api kecil hingga bumbu meresap dan matang, angkat.
5. Sajikan.

Belanja dulu yukz :

* 2 ikat daun ubi
* 7 biji cabe merah, diiris
* 5 siung bawang merah, diiris
* 1 ons tekokak, dibersihkan
* 2 buah kincong/onjeh, diiris
* 1 batang serai, dimemarkan dan dibagi menjadi 2
* 1 potong besar lengkuas
* 2 siung bawang putih, diiris tipis
* 1 buah kelapa, dibuat santan
* 1/2 ons ikan teri Medan
* garam secukupnya


Sekarang ke dapur yukz :
1. Daun ubi dicuci dengan cara diremas-remas. Setelah bersih, sisihkan.
2. Cabe merah, bawang merah, tekokak dan kincong, dicuci bersih dan dicampurkan jadi satu di wadah bersih.
3. Siapkan alat tumbuk (seperti yang terlihat pada gambar di atas). Tumbuklah secara selang-seling antara daun ubi dengan campuran bahan-bahan tadi. Tumbuk hingga halus. Sisihkan.
4. Siapkan panci, rebus santan, masukkan serai, bawang putih, ikan teri Medan dan lengkuas.
5. Diaduk terus, jangan sampai pecah santan.
6. Setelah mendidih, masukkan daun ubi tumbuk tadi.
7. Beri garam, aduk rata dan masak hingga matang.


Tips :
Untuk bisa membuat masakan Gulai Daun Ubi Tumbuk, di rumah harus memiliki tumbukan seperti pada gambar. Agak kuno, tapi memang begitulah cara pembuatannya.
